Under heavy braking in the sim rig, the frame tubes on the racing chair would flex and shift out of alignment. For a realistic and precise driving experience, the pedal mount needed extra structural rigidity.

We designed and 3D-printed custom double-pipe clamps in black ABS with embedded hex nuts. ABS was selected for its high impact resistance and structural strength under mechanical stress.

The sim rig is now completely rigid and stays firmly in place even during hard pedal input.
