3. Processing of Personal Data

a) Contact Requests (WhatsApp / Email)

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, the data you provide (name, message, phone number if applicable, email address) will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract performance).

Retention period: Until the order is fully completed, plus statutory retention periods (e.g., 7 years under Austrian fiscal law).

b) Website Hosting (GitHub Pages)

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. When visiting the website, technical data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) is automatically processed by GitHub. We do not have access to this data.

c) Google Maps (Embed)

On the contact page, we use an embedded Google Maps widget. It is only loaded after your explicit consent (2-click solution). When the map is loaded, data is transmitted to Google.

d) Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to analyze website usage. This service uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not collect any personal data. Only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics are recorded (e.g., page views, time on site, country of origin).
