The Midea PortaSplit is a popular portable split air conditioner, but the stock adapters don't always fit every window, wall pass-through, or custom hose setup. Standard options often leave gaps or let warm air leak back inside.

We designed and 3D printed a precise, custom-fit adapter. We chose heat- and UV-resistant ABS to ensure the component stays dimensionally stable and airtight even during peak summer heat.

The result is a seamless, tight connection for maximum cooling efficiency.
