3D Scanning & Batch Production: 50 Bluetooth Headset Mounts

A broken or missing bracket on a Bluetooth headset often renders the entire device unusable – especially when the manufacturer doesn't offer individual replacement parts.

We precisely 3D-scanned the original bracket, optimized the digital model for production, and manufactured a small batch of 50 pieces. We selected PETG for its ideal combination of flexibility, precise fit, and high durability during daily use.

This allowed the headset equipment to be restored quickly and cost-effectively while building up a reliable stock of spare parts.
